This privacy policy page outlines how R&R Films will manage your personal information through adopting the 13 Australian Privacy Principles under Schedule 1 of the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth) and other laws which protect your privacy.

R&R Films Pty Ltd is an entertainment company, in its normal course of business, collects information from customers, viewers and other parties. R&R Films is committed to the protection of your privacy and our aim is to ensure the information provided to us is handled sensitively and securely, and always in a confidential manner.

YOUR INFORMATION

When referring to 'personal information', we mean information which identifies you as an individual or from which your identity can be reasonably ascertained. Your name or pseudonym, your postal address or email address and/or your phone number are examples of personal information.

STORAGE & SECURITY

Personal information may be stored in hard copy, electronic files or both. Hard copy personal information is wherever practical, kept under locked security. Personal information stored on computer is wherever practical, password protected. Where possible and practical, R&R Films will endeavour to comply with recognised Australian and international standards relating to information security. R&R Films deletes and de-identifies personal information when the information is no longer needed by Village.

UPDATING PERSONAL INFIORMATION

R&R FILMS monitors the quality and accuracy of personal information that it maintains and where practical, updates that information on a regular basis. Customers can update or correct their personal information at any time by contacting R&R Films.

The R&R Films website may contain links to other sites. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or policies of those sites.

We may need to change this Policy. If we do, we will post the updated version on the R&R Films website. Please also note that during the course of our relationship with you, we may tell you more about how we handle your information.

MAKING A PRIVACY COMPLAINT
